Costumes from Halloween 2016 are still all over my radar, but I had to flip back the clock to highlight Keith Lapinig’s Halloween project from 2014. He used his 3D printer to craft Hiro Hamada’s armor from Big Hero 6; he created the costume to wear to a Halloween party at Disney Parks. He spent two-three months working on the build — that included teaching himself how to model in 3D because he’d never done it before. Learn all about the process in the above video.
