Cosarmor & Props fully committed when he made his Dark Souls costume. His take on the Dragon Slayer Ornstein garnered first place at Emerald City Comicon. Cosarmor shared with Kotaku that he made the costume entirely from scratch with a variety of materials including the ever-dependable EVA foam, black Worbla, PVC, and Magic Sculpt. You can see a look at the helm in an early stage below. I don’t want to think about how heavy the entire ensemble must be.
