One way to take your Doctor Strange costume to the next level is by focusing on a single element: the Cloak of Levitation. Cosplayer @chachachelsea90 had the idea of dressing as the magical item. She ensured the outfit would cover her from head to toe so that it appeared she was invisible underneath. The look is creative and effective.
