We’ve updated the Adafruit MPR121 12-Key Capacitive Touch Sensor Breakout Tutorial guide to include the MPR121 Pi HAT. The code works exactly the same way on the HAT as it does on the breakout, so it’s super easy to use the Pi HAT with your current project. Simply solder it up and attach it to your Pi and you’re ready to go!
