Adafruit forums user XRAD has built a wonderful interactive GPS tracking device. It uses a 3.5″ color LLCD display with touch capabilities for interaction.
The project uses a Teensy 3.6 (or 4.1) processor with an Adafruit 5.5″ TFT Display, INA219 Current Sensor and a Goouuu Tech GT-u7 GPS unit.
