Stranger Things Light-Up Title Card Costume #ElectronicHalloween

stranger-things-diy

Netflix’s Stranger Things is inspiring the creation of many Halloween costumes this year. There are a couple of routes to go if you want to add electronics like LEDs to your take on the Upside Down. You could dress up as the wall in Joyce’s house with the alphabet and Christmas lights; we just shared some ideas for that. But what about becoming the title card? Halloween Costumes shared a tutorial for becoming part of the opening credits. You’ll need friends or a mechanism to hang the card on yourself, but all it involves is wearing all black, taking time to cut the letters out of cardboard with an X-Acto knife, and some red LEDs to make the title match what we saw on screen.
