Die Shot Art of the Fairchild BSP52 Darlington Transistor (NPN)

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again – the die shot is equivalent to modern art! (And sometimes a Rorschach test.) The work of art & engineering that we’re able to fit inside various package types is incredible, and when zoomed in up close like Zeptobars does so well it is its own art to admire! Originally contained in a SOT-223 package that itself only measures 6.5mm x 3.56mm (x 1.6mm high) the die inside is a mere 781×780 µm
