Set the mood on your next adventure with this 3d printed d20 room controller from Katie Neeley and Brian Rashap on Hackster.io. Katie Neeley and Brian Rashap used their d20 to control a fog machine. What would your ideal D20 room controller do?
This is an icosahedron with an Argon microcontroller connected to an MPU 6050 Accelerometer and Gyroscope! (There’s also a thermal sensor on this baby!) The MPU 6050 is AWESOME!!! I LOVE IT. Ahem, it’s also my first real project. So I may be overly excited. There’s also a little Neopixel on here, to let the players know when it’s time to roll again and to accentuate the sense of doom or glory based on what gets rolled.
