N-Gon & Martin Pirson’s Motion In-Tension #ArtTuesday

From N-Gon-Design.com:

This autonomous whole is structured by a sequential and interdependent progression of geometric arrangements like the triangle, the hexagon and the square.

The luminous projections on this static structure first attract the attention of the observer on a few elements, before offering him a global perception, thanks to the rhythmic unveiling of the dichotomy between linear elements and illusion / simulations of motion. These luminous oscillations multiply the points of view that are reinvented through a shadow-structure-light dynamic.

This project is the result of an encounter between technology, object design and scenography. The technical design is based on an inexpensive design using perforated linear elements in pine wood, 3D printing and programming instructions for the management of LED bars.
