This is the complete gallery of how I made it https://imgur.com/gallery/xzexpxc . I think the PETG I used had some moisture in it and I got a lot of blobs in the end.
The firmware is based on KMK with Circuitpython. To make the KMK firmware work in the raspberry pi pico you need to modify two files as described in this post.
