MrZ Cosplay doesn’t have to wonder what it would be like to wear power armor from Fallout. He knows what it’s like because he made a set of the armor from scratch. He completed the costume in October. Like many builds, the massive armor started with paper templates — which is hard to imagine given the end result. The build required large amounts of EVA foam, hot glue, and acrylic paint. If he could have purchased those items in bulk, he would have.
