3D printed belts buckle for speeding through airport security

Most belts have metal content which may trigger an alarm when you walk through the airport security checkpoint. passengers are always asked to unbuckle the belt themselves. This 3d printed belt buckle content no metal! try it, and give me some feedback!

the files fit 2 Belt version:
narrow: 30mm
wide: 40mm

you should prepare:
6mm leather punching tool. reference the picture I attached.
