Mass Effect’s Tali’Zorah’s outfit has several complex elements. There’s the helmet with the practically iridescent sheen, a large prop gun, a backpack/harness situation, and her wildly patterned body suit. A member of the cosplay group Duo Queue Cosplay is almost in the finishing touches stage of a replica of the costume. They’ve gone all in and poured time into crafting every part by hand. They really committed when it came to making the body suit and getting it just right. They said:
I couldn’t find a fabric with the right pattern so I have been painting the pattern on by hand. First I hand cut a stencil and then add the fabric paint layers. It’s a slow process but it is looking great!
