TechShop “Memorandum of understanding” – canceled? @techshop #techshop #techshop20

Breaking news… following up, the “Memorandum of understanding” in regards of the sale of TechShop 1.0 to TechShop 2.0, was canceled today 12/12/17. In other words, the “Purchase of TechShop Assets” involving the parties in the initial statment is unlikely to happen as announced, which means that TechShop 1.0 may have more opportunities for whom, and how, the sale will occur, when & if there is a sale (first release here 12/15/17 – PDF).

It additionally means (maybe?) the status of TechShop 2.0 is unknown (see our interview here, with Dan Rasure, Managing Partner TechShop 2.0). TechShop 2.0.
