This Jack Skellington Halloween Head is Assembled from Two Dozen 3D-Printed Parts | #ElectronicHalloween

bermantdesigns has a few Jack Skellington designs (including the finger tip glove extenders) on their Thingiverse profile and this version was recently reworked to make it more breathable. If you begin today printing one part per day you’ll still have a few days (including an entire weekend) to finish the exterior and pad the interior.

I redesigned my prior Jack Skellington head to make it more breathable with the mouth and nose. The bottom hole for the head has also been expanded to fit better. Don’t quote me on if it will fit perfectly some adjusting may still be needed after printing. Supports will be needed for the mouth and a little around the eye sockets. Enjoy.
