Students use MakerSpace Lab to Code with Raspberry Pi #piday #raspberrypi @Raspberry_Pi

With demand for computer science skills on the rise, the need to learn basic coding and computer science concepts is an important tool for students. The Space154 MakerSpace lab, located in Walsh Library, held its first Maker Friday event of the semester with a crash course in coding. The session explored how to code and create a gaming system using a Raspberry Pi computer.

Spring 2019 MakerSpace events include hologram selfie videos, 3D printed Easter eggs, Pirate catapult launcher challenge, mini golf with remote controlled robots, and more.
