Quebec-based cosplayer Suspicious Tumbleweed has been investing work in a Darksiders’ Death costume for a few months. As a prolific maker of costumes for herself and for others on commission, Tumbleweed knows her way around materials — especially Worbla. The character has two massive scythes, and Tumbleweed made replicas of the weapons using Worbla. She spend 10 days working on them. Looking at the detail in the above photo. It’s no wonder it took so long. She’s carved skulls into the massive blades. She’ll be applying wood filler next and priming it for paint.
