Another beautiful die shot from @Zeptobars. The MN3102 is a dedicated integrated circuit (IC or chip) which generates a 2-phase low-impedance clock which frequency is set by external RC components. It is designed to drive MN3207 and similar BBD’s (bucket-brigade devices).
