I designed this kart with 3D printing in mind, so everything fits snuggly together without the need for screws except for the base plate and the front/rear panels, even the wheels are just clipped, and turn easily after installing. I installed the screws for extra strength, but i think should work also if you just glue it
The build process ist pretty self explanatory, the only thing that is important is that after screwing or glueing both panels on the Base Plate you need to install the tubing, you cant install the tubes after mounting the wheels and pedals on the model!
I used a bit of super glue to fix most of the part together and used a drop of olive oil for the wheels and the steering wheel.

Every Thursday is #3dthursday here at Adafruit! The DIY 3D printing community has passion and dedication for making solid objects from digital models. Recently, we have noticed electronics projects integrated with 3D printed enclosures, brackets, and sculptures, so each Thursday we celebrate and highlight these bold pioneers!
Have you considered building a 3D project around an Arduino or other microcontroller? How about printing a bracket to mount your Raspberry Pi to the back of your HD monitor? And don’t forget the countless LED projects that are possible when you are modeling your projects in 3D!
