The beautiful circuit boards below were designed by Robin Sterling for a tube clock (above). They were manufactured by JLCPCB.

Designing such art is not trivial, far from it. Robin didn’t say in the thread what methodology was used but one method is to use a tool like Gingerbread by Thea Flowers.
