YouTuber William Jakespeare has a channel devoted to sharing prop and costume tutorials, and about a month ago, he went over how to make a Knights of Ren helmet. He built the mask from EVA foam floor mats, craft foam, and Plastidip among other supplies. The primary part of the helmet is built and shaped with a heat gun around a dome, and you can get helmet templates at William’s Facebook page.
