On Mr. Carlson’s Lab, Paul tries to get a 1945 Spilsbury & Tindall broadcast and marine radio to work again after it’s been moldering in a barn for 75 years! He challenges himself to see if he can tune in a broadcast on it with the minimal amount of intervention.
He doesn’t even bother to clean it off. It has cracked caps, missing tubes, and spiders living in it. It doesn’t look good. I won’t spoil the ending. Fun (and educational) stuff.
