I’ve long been a big fan of the Keycappie by Romly, a great little figure that can house a an MX compatible mechanical keyboard switch right in his head. They’re so cute that I couldn’t resist the temptation to make one of my own.
I’m not a 3d artist by any stretch of the imagination and built this using simple geometric shapes in Tinkercad. It took a lot of trial and error to get to something that looked good but printed well with a minimum of fuss. I’m really happy with how it came out though!
