mini flexible sanding block (upgraded version) #3DThursday #3DPrinting

Mini flexible sanding block upgraded version by zhwang168 Thingiverse

From zhwang168 on Thingiverse:

When I use a sanding stick download from Thingiverse, I have found it is not fit my sanding paper. I have designed a flexible sanding block that can adjust the size of the sanding stick. It can easily extend the length of the sanding block to fit any size of the sanding paper. You will need several M3 screws when assembling them together. This time I use 3d printed screws to fix the blocks together. Also, change a little bit of shape that makes the blocks assemble easier than last time.
The thin type is 10 mm in width. The wide type is 20 mm in width. You can adjust them using Fusion 360.

Every Thursday is #3dthursday here at Adafruit! The DIY 3D printing community has passion and dedication for making solid objects from digital models. Recently, we have noticed electronics projects integrated with 3D printed enclosures, brackets, and sculptures, so each Thursday we celebrate and highlight these bold pioneers!

Have you considered building a 3D project around an Arduino or other microcontroller? How about printing a bracket to mount your Raspberry Pi to the back of your HD monitor? And don’t forget the countless LED projects that are possible when you are modeling your projects in 3D!
