Laser Cut Utensil Stand #3DThursday #3DPrinting

Thing files for Laser Cut Utensil Stand by Spammington Thingiverse

Space saver shared by Spammington on Thingiverse:

A free standing utensil stand with hangers for large utensils and a grid for smaller items to stand upright.

You will need:
• 12mm ply
• 6mm dowel
• 10 x 8g screws (min. 25mm length)
• A laser cutter, CNC router or a large printer, jigsaw and steady hand!

I designed this specifically to fit on my bench which is why there is a cut-out for the power point. You can easily customise this to suit using vector editing software such as the freely available Inkscape.

Every Thursday is #3dthursday here at Adafruit! The DIY 3D printing community has passion and dedication for making solid objects from digital models. Recently, we have noticed electronics projects integrated with 3D printed enclosures, brackets, and sculptures, so each Thursday we celebrate and highlight these bold pioneers!

Have you considered building a 3D project around an Arduino or other microcontroller? How about printing a bracket to mount your Raspberry Pi to the back of your HD monitor? And don’t forget the countless LED projects that are possible when you are modeling your projects in 3D!
