When traveling with a TS100 portable soldering having to carry a power-adapter for it can be something you don’t want. If you’re unfortunate enough to be living in dongle-town, then you can at least make the best out of it.
Purchase a USB-C Power Delivery adapter, solder an XT60 to it and 3d print this sleek case for it.
The adapter I bought can be found here and it’s the last one, the smallest.
It allows you to select between 5V and 20V by soldering a jumper on the PCB. Mine arrived pre-set at 20V which is perfect for the TS100
Hope you enjoy this accessoryUPDATE April 15 2019:
I’ve added an alignment jig to print.
It allows you to correctly align the XT60 with the PCB and the shell.
This might make soldering easier

Every Thursday is #3dthursday here at Adafruit! The DIY 3D printing community has passion and dedication for making solid objects from digital models. Recently, we have noticed electronics projects integrated with 3D printed enclosures, brackets, and sculptures, so each Thursday we celebrate and highlight these bold pioneers!
Have you considered building a 3D project around an Arduino or other microcontroller? How about printing a bracket to mount your Raspberry Pi to the back of your HD monitor? And don’t forget the countless LED projects that are possible when you are modeling your projects in 3D!
